Roselea’s staff genuinely feel privileged to care for people living with a dementia and help them to improve their mental wellbeing and quality of life. Our staff are loyal, well-trained and extremely proud of the work they do.

Health Care Assistants

We have a loyal team of high-performance caregivers here at Roselea. All are highly trained in aged and dementia care and are required to complete a Careerforce programme in dementia.

Most of the Roselea team has been with the rest home for years. All team members get to know the residents very well to ensure consistent and quality personalised care is given to our residents.

Chefs

We have three qualified chefs at Roselea who are genuinely passionate about cooking and like to create food the residents enjoy. While ensuring they meet the dietary requirements of our residents, they can also adjust their cooking promptly to cater for our residents’ likes and change in appetites and seasonal changes.
